Airport FAQ-s

How long the driver will wait at the airport?

We know that airport arrival procedures may change unexpectedly. For all airports pick up we include one-hour free waiting time. In case you need more time to join your chauffeur, the price per minute is 1 CHF. We recommend you if you are flying on an international flight to book your driver 15 min after your arrival.

If my flight is delayed, do I get to pay extra waiting fees?

When you make your reservation, we kindly ask you to enter your flight number. Our dispatch will track your flight and your pickup time will be adjusted. In case the driver assigned can’t perform the ride we will send you the detail of the new car and driver. 

My flight details have changed, do I need to inform you?

Yes, as soon as you have this information. When we receive your new details, we will inform your driver and if the driver and the car change, we will send you the new details.

Which areas are you cover?

With Chauffeurs & Services you can book transfer in Switzerland our based country we can also organize your transportation all around Europe and other the world.

Does your Chauffeurs & Services offer an international transport service?

Yes, after 10 years’ experience, we develop strong connection with professional of our sector in the most important city Singapore, New York, Dubai, Tokyo.

What are your hours of operation?

We operate 24h/24H and 365 days per year. For special request our office is open from 6h00 Zurich time to 23h00.  

How can I book a vehicle and a private chauffeur?

You can book a vehicle with a driver directly on our website You must enter your pickup address, your arrival address, the date, and time of your pickup. A flight or train number if you are being picked up at a station or airport. Our system will then show you the price per vehicle and a summary of your itinerary. Choose the vehicle that suits your needs, enter your personal details, and proceed to payment. Your chauffeur-driven car is booked.

What is your cancellation policy?

For advance orders, the client may request the cancellation of the service up to 48 hours before the reservation date and obtain a refund of the sums paid. However, for immediate orders (at least 24 hours before), the client does not have a right of withdrawal and must pay for the order.

For corporate customers, we offer the opportunity to cancel the service up to 24 hours before the reservation date and obtain a refund of the sums paid. However, for immediate orders (at least 12 hours before), the client does not have a right of withdrawal and must pay for the order.

How can I cancel my booking?

Directly from your Chauffeurs & Services account (User ID and password in in your confirmation email) or by send us an email at or by give us a call or text on WhatsApp. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent and after we will inform you if we proceed to the refund.

How can I make changes to my booking?

You can update your booking directly from your Chauffeurs & Services account (User ID and password is in your confirmation email). All change less than 6 hours before your pickup time need to be confirmed by our dispatch.

Payment FAQ-s

When do my charges begin and end when using your service?

No surprises our prices are fixe. The price you paid when you make your reservation will be the same after the service. Your charge starts at the pickup time and finish at your drop of location. If you ask to your driver some extra stop or extend you hourly reservation. The price will be adjusted accordingly after the journey.

What is your minimum hourly requirement?

The minimum hourly is about 3 hours and at the maximum of 12h regarding the low OTR available in Switzerland.

Can I pay cash for the trip? What payment methods are accepted?

If you are a frequent traveler (minimum 5 journey performed with us), we accept the payment in cash. For all our guest we request a payment at the reservation. For corporate customers after a minimum of 3 journey, we can proceed to a monthly billing system.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept most of credit and debit cards. 

Vehicle FAQ-s

How do I know what size of vehicle is best for my needs?

When you make your reservation, you must enter the number of passengers. After that, our system will show you the available vehicles and their capabilities. Don’t forget to consider the volume of your luggage. You always have the option of booking a larger vehicle for more space.

Can you provide a child seat / baby seat?

Yes, you need to select the option when you take your reservation. It’s free of charge.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

No, all our vehicles are non-smoking. You can ask your driver for a quick stop or before starting your journey if you need time to smoke. It’s also the same for E cigarette.

Do you accept pets on board of your vehicles?

For sure, our drivers are pets friendly. You just need to inform us when you make a reservation. A fee of CHF 20 will be applicable.

Will I receive the exact vehicle that I choose?

We guaranty a category of vehicles Business, Electric, Business Van and First. The brand of the vehicle could be change. If we are not able to perform your journey with the category requested, we will upgrade your vehicle.
