Training & Test
You’ll receive a short online onboarding session with a service standards test. ( Required score: 85% or higher).
Submit Your Documents
Upload your business registration, chauffeur licenses and vehicle documentation.
Start Accepting Rides
Once the partnership agreement is signed, your profile will be reviewed and activated. You will then be able to start accepting bookings in your area immediately.

1. Can I choose which rides to accept?
Yes, you stay in full control of your schedule. You are never forced to take any ride.
2. How do payments work?
Payouts are processed monthly via bank transfer with a clear statement , no unexpected fees.
3. Do I need a minimum fleet?
Both individual chauffeurs and fleets are welcome, as long as vehicles and standards meet our requirements.
4. How long does approval take?
Once your test and documents are validated, activation usually takes 48 to 72 hours.
5. Do you provide support during rides?
Yes , 24/7 partner and passenger support is available for urgent situations or client needs.
6. Are electric or low-emission vehicles accepted?
Absolutely. They are even prioritised in some cities under our eco-mobility initiative.
