Who receives messages
Our chauffeur partners (drivers) receive SMS messages related to their work with Chauffeurs & Services. Customers receive SMS messages related to their bookings.
Types of messages
Messages may include ride assignments and updates, pickup reminders, account and email confirmation, and important service notifications. Message frequency varies based on activity.
How you consent (opt in)
Chauffeur partners provide their mobile phone number when they register and onboard with Chauffeurs & Services, through our partner portal and partner agreement, and thereby agree to receive operational SMS messages at that number. Customers provide their phone number when making a booking and agree to receive booking related messages.
Opt out and help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at office@chauffeur-services.com. Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy
Phone numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
