I booked a ride in Romania for my uncle and this was the only service providing a good car in the area. I had some issues with the website, but they were resolved quickly by calling customer support. We flew into CDG from the United States and then took a train from CDG to Lyon. We had a long day. It was nice to have someone pick us up in a very comfortable vehicle and bring us to our destination.

Amazing service and driver

The car was very comfortable, the timing was exact but what made our day even better was the driver, Ulrich. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. An excellent professional service. Efficient from the outset with very rapid, helpful and polite responses to all emails and calls. Nothing was too much trouble. Road works, closed routes or particular instructions from hotels were dealt with efficiently. Texts were sent giving driver's name and number before every pick up and every chauffeur across Spain was polite, helpful and professional. They were even able to provide very useful local info and superb restaurant recommendations. Do not hesitate to use this company for all your travel requirements.

Your driver arrived with space for 4 people when we ordered for 5 people , he was gracious enough to engage another of your drivers in order to transport us in two cars. At no extra cost They were both excellent drivers in that horrid Paris traffic

Ground Transportation in Barcelona

After arriving to the Cruise port in Barcelona after 22 days at sea, the last thing I wanted to do was to wait in the long queues to get a shuttle or taxi to the airport. I called Chauffers & Services to get a ride. They were amazing. My driver Albert Rull contacted me 24 hours before my pick up time and was waiting for me right outside the terminal. He was in communication me immediately the morning of my debarkation. We were so tired but he helped w our bags and made us feel so welcomed and considered. Since we had some time before our flight, he kindly offered to give us a little narrated tour of Barcelona’s highlights and it was so lovely and appreciated. He picked us up in an impeccable black electric Mercedes. Yes it was more than a taxi but it was money well spent and a lovely experience I won’t forget. And their pricing was affordable in my opinion. Don’t hesitate to use Chauffers & Services if you want a seamless, genuinely kind experience while traveling.

Buchungsprozess, Up-date über Fahrer, Fahrzeug, Kennzeichen, Info über Ankunft Fahrer usw. alles 1A. Der Fahrer (Marius) sehr freundlich, gepflegt (wie auch das Fahrzeug) und gebildet. Die Fahrt verging wie im Flug. Gerne werde ich die Dienste in Zukunft wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
