General questions

What areas do you serve?

With Chauffeurs & Services, you can book a transfer in all countries in Europe and the United States. New destinations will be available soon.

What are your opening hours?

We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For special requests, our office is open from 6:00 a.m. (Zurich time) to 11:00 p.m.

How can I book a vehicle with a private driver?

You can book a vehicle with a driver directly on our website via the following link: Reservation. You will need to indicate the pick-up address, the arrival address, the date and time of the pick-up. A flight or train number is required if you are picked up at a train station or airport. Our system will then show you the price per vehicle and a summary of your itinerary. Choose the vehicle that suits you, enter your personal information and proceed to payment. Your car with driver will then be reserved.

What is your cancellation policy?

For advance bookings, the customer can request cancellation of the service up to 24 hours before the booking date and obtain a refund of the amounts paid.

On the other hand, for immediate bookings (within 12 hours before pick-up), the customer does not have a right of withdrawal and must pay for the order.

How can I cancel or modify my booking?

How long will the driver wait at the airport?

We understand that arrivals can be unpredictable. For all airport pickups, a complimentary 60-minute waiting time is included. After this time, a surcharge may apply depending on the additional waiting time. For international flights, we recommend that you schedule your pickup approximately 15 minutes after your landing time.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

When you make your booking, we ask you to provide your flight number. Our team monitors your flight in real time to adjust the pickup time. If the originally scheduled driver is not available, we will provide you with the details of a new driver and vehicle.

Do I need to inform you of changes to my flight?

Yes, it is important to notify us of any changes as soon as possible. We will update your booking and inform your driver. If the driver or vehicle changes, we will promptly send you the new information.

When do my charges start and end when I use your service?

Our rates are transparent and without surprises. The amount indicated during your booking remains unchanged after the service, unless there are changes. Billing starts at the time of pick-up and stops at the time of drop-off. If additional stops or an extension of time are requested, the rate will be adjusted after the trip according to the additional services.

What is the minimum booking duration?

The minimum duration is approximately 3 hours and can be up to 12 hours, depending on availability and specific service requirements.

Can I pay in cash? What payment methods do you accept?

Cash payment is not available. As a general rule, we request payment at the time of booking. For our business customers, after a minimum of 10 trips, monthly billing can be set up.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept most credit and debit cards to facilitate your transactions.

How do I know which size vehicle best suits my needs?

When you make your reservation, you must indicate the number of passengers. Then, our system will show you the available vehicles and their capacities. Don’t forget to take into account the volume of your luggage. You always have the option to book a larger vehicle to have more space.

Can you provide a child or baby seat?

Yes, you must select the option at the time of booking. It’s free!

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

No, all our vehicles are non-smoking. You can ask your driver for a quick stop or before starting your journey if you need time to smoke. The same goes for e-cigarettes.

Do you accept pets on board your vehicles?

Of course, our drivers accept pets. You just have to inform us when you make your reservation.

Will I receive the exact vehicle I have chosen?

We guarantee a category of vehicles Business, Electric, Business Van and First. The brand of the vehicle can be changed. If we are unable to carry out your trip with the requested category, we will upgrade your vehicle.
